Shipping
We’re opening online card payments soon. Until then, ordering works like this:
- Add CHIKS to your CHIK BAG and press Checkout.
- Send us the order request (by email or Instagram DM) with your country.
- We reply with the shipping cost and delivery time for your country, plus a secure payment link.
- Once paid, your CHIKS are packed and on their way — we send tracking when available.
Nothing is charged until you have seen the final total.
Returns
Changed your mind? Write to us within 14 days of delivery at chiks.store.info@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.
Unopened items can be returned. Because every Mystery Blind Box is a surprise, an opened box can’t be exchanged for a specific character.
Something arrived damaged? Send us a photo — we’ll make it right.

Can I choose which CHIK I get?
No — that’s the fun part. Every Mystery Blind Box hides one random CHIK, and characters are not sold separately.
What is the Secret CHIK?
A special, rarer CHIK hiding in the collection. We don’t show it anywhere — you’ll know it when you find it.
What comes in the Create Kit?
One blank white CHIK, 6 paint colors and brushes — everything you need to paint your own.
Are CHIKS toys?
CHIKS are collectible designer figures, recommended for ages 15+.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your CHIK BAG and press Checkout. Online card payments are coming soon — for now you send us an order request, and we reply with the shipping cost for your country and a secure payment link.
Where do you ship?
Tell us your country in the order request — we confirm the shipping cost and delivery time before you pay.
